BRIEF

Quintessa Property Group aimed to develop a high-end, cohesive brand identity that reflected its portfolio of elegant properties in equestrian areas. The desire was for the logo to feature a horse symbol as this was meaningful to the business owner, plus it needed to portray a modern, scalable design while the brand expanded into the commercial property market.

SOLUTION

Drawing inspiration from heraldry, the refined colour palette includes traditional navy and gold, emphasising the brand's association with prestige and high-end properties. The logo was designed with a strong, clean and modern appearance. The business card design was one-sided to ensure it stood out in corporate presentations, keeping the agent’s face visible alongside the logo. The website was designed with a core focus on functionality, featuring robust search and filter options on the homepage, allowing users to easily navigate property listings.
